After gaining valuable management experience at various international media, training, and events companies, he founded Advantix Limited in 2003. Headquartered in the UK, Advantix specialises in organising events and managing communication projects for Natural Resources and Capital Markets. With subsidiaries in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, Advantix's reach spans across continents. Arthur's vision materialised in 2004 with the launch of MINEX Forum, a groundbreaking cross-border platform connecting over 50,000 professionals in mining, exploration, and related industries across Eurasia.
