Holds a degree in Accounting and Public Finance, with advanced training in Organizational Management and the Accounting Standardization System. He brings over 20 years of experience in sustainability, energy, and economic development.
Since 2010, he has been the CEO of Lusorecursos Portugal Lithium, S.A., where he leads the strategic development of the “Mina do Romano” project, playing a pivotal role in establishing lithium as a critical resource for Portugal’s energy transition.
He has extensive experience in coordinating decarbonization initiatives and environmental accounting projects, combining strategic vision, innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainability.
He has actively contributed to the development of public standards for environmental accounting and is the author of several scientific publications on sustainability and carbon neutrality.
A certified accountant, he also serves as a management consultant for public and private entities, with a focus on organizational efficiency and the green transition.
