Constantin Beelitz, born in 1982 in Brussels/BE, started his professional career in 2006 in Management and Strategy Consulting, serving mainly manufacturing companies across various industries in Europe and Asia. In 2014, he joined the Austrian refractory company RHI AG, where he was responsible the development of corporate, business units as well as functional strategies.
After the merger of RHI AG with Brazilian refractory supplier Magnesita in 2017, Constantin Beelitz held several functions such as “SVP Commercial Management and Strategy” and leading the “Business Unit Steel” in Europe, CIS & Turkey.
In early 2022, Constantin Beelitz got appointed as the Regional President of RHI Magnesita for the region Europe, CIS & Turkey, managing the full regional P&L across all business functions such as Sales, Production, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources and R&D. He also serves as the Chair of the Magnesite Assembly of Euromines.
