Fernando Acosta is Director of Economics and Environment at the International Copper Study Group. He is a Chilean Industrial and Mining Engineer with postgraduate studies in economics in Australia and an MBA from London Business School. His career spans technical operations, financial strategy, consulting, and public policy in the mining sector. A Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst and published author, he has advised both public and private organisations and lectured widely on mineral economics, international trade, and competitiveness.
