Delegates
As a delegate, you will participate in interactive sessions and discussions, meeting and exchanging with industry peers relevant to you and your company. Networking breaks, an evening reception, and (an optional) Gala dinner will enhance opportunities to engage with speakers, exhibitors, and other delegates.
The delegate pack contains a name badge, a Bag with the Forum’s program and printed materials.
Forum Access Pass which gives full access is available for one participant to attend the Forum, coffee breaks and lunches.
Web application. Each participant will be provided individual access to the web application a few days before the forum, enabling you to schedule meetings with fellow participants and exchange electronic business cards.
Post-event materials. Two to four weeks after the Forum, each delegate will be provided with access to the presentation slides and video recordings of the forum sessions.
* Academic rates apply to the full-time employees and post-graduate students from the Universities, Academia or Colleges. To qualify please submit a valid University or College ID with your registration.
** NGO rate applies to employees and representatives non-profit Business and Academic Associations. To qualify please submit a copy of the cover letter on the official letterhead signed by the head of your organisation.

Payment
The fees can be paid by debit or with credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.
Participants must remit payment for the event as outlined in the invoice or booking form. Payment in full is due to the organizers no later than 48 hours before the event commences. Failure to pay may result in the organisers denying participation.

Registration
Confirmation of the booking and invoice will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.

All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 10 calendar days before the event will be subject to up to 30% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 10 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers, a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 10 calendar days before the event.
