This week I was in Lisbon with my Luma Holding colleague (and partner in crime) Nina Zys . We took part in two great events: Minex Europe ( Arthur Poliakov – huge congrats on a great event) and the InnoEnergy Booster (Mikolaj Budzanowski – thanks a lot for the invite).
At Minex Europe I had the pleasure of moderating the financial panel. The main takeaway was pretty direct: if we want mining projects in Europe to actually happen, we need a real, working ecosystem and the right mix of financing behind it, fast. Lisbon was also a great chance to catch up with old friends Astrid Karamira Ros Lund Ella Cullen and start some new conversations Tim Biggs Chamirai C. Nyabeze Martina Bassan – looking forward to further engagement!
At InnoEnergy Booster we looked at a lot of fresh ideas for exploration. One that really stood out for me was Beholder and their solution for identifying copper deposits.
